My mission at Trusted Business Services is to provide exceptional service by helping small business owners spend more time on what's important to them. I do this by identifying and eliminating obstacles in the day-to-day operations of the business. By taking on the burden of office work, I free up the owner to focus on their work. My services range from bookkeeping to consulting on the next steps and future goals of the business. I can also help by establishing a point of sale (POS) system, creating internal procedures and policies, or developing infrastructure. Whether you're in the beginning stages of building your business or have been producing quality products for 20 years, I'm here to help.

Trusted Business Services, LLC was created by Brandon Stike. After several years in banking and finance, Brandon took an opportunity to be a part-owner of a home improvement business. One of the things he realized is that too much valuable time is spent in the office working on administrative tasks. When an injury caused him to leave construction behind, it occurred to him that a need in his hometown of Lancaster County, Pennsylvania, was for business services. Thanks to the time he spent coaching small business owners in his role as a bank manager, Brandon realized he could bring his skill set to a whole new audience. 

 "I'm glad you've found your way to my website. While I'm writing this, a copy of my mission statement hangs on the wall above my desk. It serves to remind me why I'm doing this. I want to help the small business owners of my community spend more time on what's really important to them. It may be the desire to spend more time with family. Or maybe to be free to work on a new bid, send an estimate to a customer, or stay in the shop and stain a table. Whatever time you have is valuable. In my experience as a small business owner, it's frustrating to have to make time for bookkeeping or policy-making or payroll and HR needs.
